Annual General Meeting 2017

The 2017 Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Windmill Gardens will be held on Wednesday 12 July, 7-9pm, at St Paul's Community Centre, 24 Blenheim Gardens, Brixton SW2 5BZ.  

The Executive Committee has called an AGM according to our constitution and to comply with our obligations under the Charities Act 1993.

Nominations for election to the Executive Committee must be made by members of the Friends in writing and must be in the hands of the secretary of the Executive Committee at least 14 days before the AGM, so before Wednesday 28 June. Should nominations exceed vacancies, elections shall be by ballot.

Any member of the Friends can submit a proposal for discussion at the AGM. The secretary should receive this proposal before Wednesday 28 June.

General meetings are held two or three times a year and are open to all Friends.

Meetings of the executive group, once a month, are open only to elected or co-opted members, unless others are invited to attend.
