Annual General Meeting 2019

The Friends of Windmill Gardens CIO Annual General Meeting will be on Wednesday 10 July at 7-8pm at the Stay & Play building, Windmill Gardens, SW2 5EU.

The AGM will receive the Annual Report and Accounts and elect up to 12 trustees. As this is the first AGM of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (1176991) with voting members other than its charity trustees, all of the 10 current trustees must stand down. Under the terms of the charity's constitution they are all able to stand for re-election. 

All FoWG members and volunteers are invited to theAGM but only current members will be eligible to vote.

The AGM will be followed by drinks & nibbles. Please put the date in your calendar.

Meetings

General meetings are held two or three times a year and are open to all Friends.

Meetings of the executive group, once a month, are open only to elected or co-opted members, unless others are invited to attend.

Sub-groups covering communications, parks and festivals set their own meeting schedules. If you would like to be involved in these areas, please email info@brixtonwindmill.org.uk.
