Free tai chi classes are once more on offer in Windmill Gardens, every Saturday 11am-noon, throughout the whole of 2017, weather permitting.
Regular tai chi exercise can improve mobility and balance and help relieve joint pain. Tai chi also helps reduce stress, improving both mental and physical well-being.
Your tai chi instructors are experienced local teachers Nigel Gilderson and Anna Franklin.
The classes are open to all levels of ability - no previous experience is necessary. No need to book - just turn up to join in. All ages welcome.
Wear loose, warm clothing and light footwear.
